Fantastic location next to the viaduct area with its many restaurants, fish market, ferry terminal etc. Very clean and nice rooms. Very friendly staff. I would would go back any time.

位置非常靠近碼頭，幾步可達，但不要期望從房間裡看大海，因為酒店建築是側對大海的。安全，進入建築和電梯都要刷卡。有膠囊咖啡機。入住有兩張飲料贈券。管家服務熱情。早餐量不小，質量不錯。服務人員打掃衞生很認真！拿來的杯子還是熱的，説明是用機器清洗的，很讓人安心。 缺點：廁所和浴室共享排風，但排風是自動的沒法直接控制，衹對濕氣有反應，這就有點尷尬 房間配備了一個總控的pad，但沒法控制任何裝備，這個設備可以拿掉降低點成本，或者好好弄一下。

Lovely boutique mid century designed hotel. Great location walk out front doors, and the viaduct is across the road. Parking available on site. Very clean and great service.

We loved our stay at Ohtel and loved that we ended our fantastic 訂房網站 to New Zealand at a kiwi owned and designed hotel. All of the details are so thoughtful, stylish, and comfortable. Would stay again!

This hotel was located next to the wharf and had great access to transportation. It had a small boutique feel and was unique. The staff was outstanding. Helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do. Our stay included breakfast and it was very good. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Auckland.

The score for cleanliness was downgraded because the pool was green and murky. The room was fine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. That was a nice feature. The location was excellent for our needs.
